Eurovision fever was apparent in downtown Helsinki.
The city is getting greener by the day and the allergy season at full peak, but luckily it isn’t that bad thanks to simple medication. Still, what a silly thing that the immune system thinks I’m under threat.
Another green invasion has been the excitement of Finland’s chances to win this year’s Eurovision (didn’t happen). I did watch the contest the following morning (skipping irrelevant parts). Visually again amazing, but the quality of the music was again lacking. But I guess that is something that is hard not to ignore when one is fresh and sober on a Sunday morning.
On Tidal I’ve kept on coming back to Ryuichi Sakamoto’s Async album, but on the groovier side I’ve been sticking to Jessie Ware’s new album. Pretty much flawless dance music with good classic sound vibes.
I still haven’t unboxed the new game console, as I’ve been too occupied with other things after work, got to bed early and the weather has been so good this weekend, I opted to stay outdoors. But maybe next week, eventually.

Green as it comes, photosynthesis in full swing.
